The customization options make it easy for us as therapists or technicians who work closely together every day during treatment sessions (e g custom footwear).

It is also very user friendly when creating new programs/patients via mobile application so that my colleagues have access at all times! Nothing really stands out but I think this could improve if there were more tutorials available online about how best use certain functions within mecurismatix such as measuring feet etc.. Also having an option where users choose between their own measurements versus those taken from another device would help too - especially considering some people may not always wear shoes around home / office due to comfort issues.
