If you have this RAM you need to go into BIOS and enable XMP. If you don't do this, the RAM will not run at the advertised speed. If you don't set up the motherboard properly, it will run at stock speed without overclocking. See screenshot of 2400MHz which you can check by going to "Task Manager". Now for those who have X570s AERO G and possibly other GIGABYTE motherboards. It is not enough to enable the XMP profile, you must also enable RAM overclocking in the overclocking options. If you don't do this your RAM will run at high speed without overclocking which has happened to me and caused me to give a 1 star rating thinking it was a RAM issue. I've attached a screenshot of the two settings you need to set in order for this RAM to run at the full advertised speed for those with a gigabyte x570s aero g. Also, these are Micron memory cards for those who are interested in such things. I can confirm that it works well with the Gigabyte x570s Aero G and 5900X processor.
