Absolutely useless: does not close or stay on the dog

These are really 0 stars. Standing-sitting, walking, running, taking deep breaths in and out. Bought 2 jackets and both left unfastened. There are 2 Velcro straps to attach to the dog. The velcro at the neck didn't stay closed, causing the jacket to slide towards the tail. This can happen when walking off a leash and walking leisurely on the leash. First we bought a medium leash and it was a bit snug. We thought that was why the jacket was constantly open at the neck and sometimes at the chest. We then bought a large one where there was more space. It was also constantly unbuttoned at the neck. Also, it was poorly made. The velcro is sewn on and released on 3 of the 4 sides the second time you wear it.
