Do not buy! in Anti-theft

Update: 01/10/2017 I've had it for about a year now and decided it was time to update my review. Put simply, it's garbage. Don't buy this. There are three issues I've found since my original review. First there was a bang! I don't remember ever dropping my keys. I have them in my bag, in my truck, or on my nightstand 99.9% of the time. I'm not sure how it happened. Second, I would say about 75% of the paint is worn off the front. After all, the panic button is constantly being pressed unintentionally! This is VERY annoying and is the teardrop that broke my camel's back! Initial Review: February 2016 I bought this about a month ago (January 2016) to replace a remote keyless case when I bought a new 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500 truck. It's good. The guts from the old factory block fit in nicely and the buttons looked nice. The first thing I noticed was that I couldn't fully assemble it. Next to the indentation there is always a part that opens but does not lock. I didn't care. The second problem is that the color is not real. The device I received has a green tint, not grey. The last and biggest problem is that the buttons are already worn out and I've only had them for a month! I don't think it will be long before you can tell what the buttons do. Although only the paint on the buttons has worn off, the buttons themselves are still good. Pros: Old guts fit nicely in this new case. Cons: The color is green, not gray. Both sides do not snap tightly. worn out) In general, I would not recommend it.
