This is my third purchase of these tweeters. This time in a powerful car audio system (over 2500 watts peak power). These tweeters aren't your standard all-in-one solution for an expensive car audio system that you typically see at Walmart or Best Buy. These are big boy tweets. If the rest of your speakers aren't big speakers, these guys will sound too harsh and loud, and you'll probably need to attenuate them with a 4 ohm L-Pad pad, an audio resistor in series, or both. on their own channel and attenuated by the amplifier - preamp gain. No matter how you dampen them, these tweeters reproduce all high frequencies, including high-pitched ones. It's a sacrifice that literally makes you feel like you're hearing Johnny Cash live or actually being on an Armin Van Buuren show. The only downside I can make with this product is that the mounts that come with it seem to have wide manufacturing sills. The tweeters have a screw groove on the edge and are screwed into the brackets. I've had at least one tweeter where the tweeter didn't screw directly into the bracket and had to be serviced and screwed back into the bracket once a week. This scammer who would deduct a star from the rating if it was any other tweeter isn't here because tweeters are that good.
