Of course, as a grandmother, I'm always on the lookout for the most beautiful dresses at the lowest prices for the most beautiful little girl in the world. This dress is just the thing: 100% cotton, pretty Liberty-style print, white round collar, ruffles and a merciful absence of mermaids, unicorns or angels. Classic. Though reminiscent of childhood elegance, it was flimsy and cheap. Definitely imported from China. My granddaughter looked beautiful in this dress which she will probably only wear once so I'm glad I didn't spend more than I did.
