The ability to track all of our marketing channels in one place is very helpful for us as we are able find out what works best with each channel, but also how many people clicked through vs didn't click at least once (or never).
Also being ABM certified helps! I don’t have any dislikes about this platform so far - it has been easy enough that even new users can use without much training needed from an admin point-of view :) We've used other platforms before where you could only see certain things like traffic or clicks if they were filtered by your account/role etc., which was not ideal when trying figure something specific back up because there wasn'r always visibility into everything together across campaigns /channelsetc..
