The ability to use all aspects of the product, from simple data access through complex reporting solutions. I have been able to implement multiple types of analytics across many different industries with this software. It has allowed us to get more insights into our business than ever before! There are some limitations when it comes to exporting reports for external clients or even internal users who aren't familiar enough with how to create their own custom queries. We've also found that there isn’t much support available outside of emailing them directly which can be very time consuming if you need help quickly. This tool allows me to work independently without having someone else looking over my shoulder while analyzing large amounts of historical data.
