This stretcher could have been packed better. I received mine folded and it stayed folded even after leaving it alone for several hours. I tried gently tugging where the creases were, hoping that would help, but it didn't work. The bag is terrible. I will not hurt my companion as she already loves to be carried. The height did my companion good. She freaks out every time I touch the stretcher because she knows she's going somewhere. It's just annoying that she couldn't use it safely. I recommend buying somewhere else where the bag doesn't go under. This will be bad for your companion's back later because they have to bend down so much. 2 stars because the altitude was good.
