I like the ease of use for the patient. I like that the patient is able to pay their bill with ease and have the option for payment to be sent to their insurance. I dislike that the patient is required to pay a fee for the bill to be sent to their insurance company. I think this is a bad practice. I think it could be a good idea to have the option for the patient to pay a discounted amount for the bill. I think this would make it easier for the patient to pay the bill and for the company to receive a fair amount of money. I think this would benefit the patient and the company. The patient is able to pay their bill with ease and have the option of payment to be sent to their insurance.
