Much more than I expected. Very high quality made of solid American materials. Like origami. Just keep rolling it out until you have a large well made bungee tail bag that holds the helmet very well. Lots of space. However. Here's my big "but". I have NEVER figured out how to fold it back up the way it was packaged. Or you can spend an evening figuring out how to do it and selling instructions. I would definitely (sp) buy again and recommend.
