I've found that pinching the bristles of the roller brush with your thumb and index finger is much more effective than using the yellow cleaning combs. The round comb is larger than the brush so you have to use the side of the comb to clean the brush and the teeth are large and don't catch hair, fur etc at all. The round comb part has finer teeth but I don't find it very effective. Another yellow device seemed useless to me. I tap my fingers on the white filter to shake off the dust and do the same on the black foam filter. i do it daily Once a week I rinse the foam filter under running water and dry it by folding and wringing it (several times) with a paper towel.
