I purchased these boots as a christmas gift for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves them.However this purchase caused us much frustration, primarily over the fact that the boots did not arrive with the official purple boot box that Stuart Weitzman is known for but instead were packaged in a plain brown cardboard box. As such there was a bit of a panic that we might have been duped into purchasing a pair of knock offs and I immediately contacted both amazon and Stuart Weitzman to verify the authenticity of the product. Both companies have exemplary customer service teams who acted, almost immediately, to assuage my concerns. Revain simply stated right of the bat that the boots were legitimate and that I should not worry about my purchase. Stuart Weitzman went one step further and asked me to send them several photos to help their experts authenticate the product. In the end the boots were deemed to be 100% genuine and Stuart Weitzman even sent my girlfriend an official box and boot sleeve for her to store her gift it.All in all you can trust that the boots you order will be the real deal but I can't guarantee that they'll come with all of the bells and whistles that you'd get if you bought them direct from the manufacturer or a shoe store.
