I'm 5'4" and 160lbs after having a baby. I ordered a large and it fits great... Really like the light weight fabric and I've never felt itchy .My husband is 6'0 and 170lbs and the XLA was great.My child aged 2 then 3 wore the 4T both years with no problem.The new baby was the smallest size I think was 6-12 months old, and I think this size was a bit larger than expected, my husband ended up wearing them all year round 😂 As a buyer of many Christmas pajamas, they were much better than our $200 pajamas on Etsy, I love them and would buy more in different ones Buy styles if I could find them
