I bought it anyway after seeing all the bad reviews about the gap when that front shell screws into the back. better than i expected once i got it. The red on each side has a sheen that makes it almost metallic. Great feeling, great view, I can handle the rest, but let's talk about that too. This lateral gap between the front and back is clearly noticeable when the light falls on it. The plastic, which should be backstage, is bright red, where you'd expect either a smooth finish or at least a blackout. in the top left corner of the back of the case to lower it flush. Also, I can just throw some tape in the gap before clicking the back pads on each side.
