Nice chair. Like the rocking function, the seat is padded so the armrests fold down so you can slide your chair in at the end of the day to save space. The problem with the chair is that the armrests are not height adjustable and I find this always puts women at a disadvantage. I'm 5ft 7in so above average and the armrests are still too high. Tak may neck cramp because arm and neck can't relax while working. Another small issue is that the seat is still high on the lowest setting. It would be better if he could go down an inch or two.
