Absolutely Amazing! I work with 8mm and 5mm split rings for the ends of bracelets, pendants etc to ensure stability. This instrument was easy to use once I got into the rhythm by holding it and putting my item on. With the 8mm split rings, I was even able to open them wide enough to carefully pull open a Swarovski crystal heart drilled through the top. Wow! Every once in a while the ring opened up a little, but that's not a problem. I used tweezers and another split ring opener that kept dropping rings, slipping out of my hands, etc. Not this kid. So easy to use!
