I bought these based on reviews. I will return however as some of the forks are bent on arrival. If the forks are bent from simple handling/transportation, they will NOT withstand simple use. I bought a [comparable] Tripworthy (TW) for comparison. COMPARISON: The Ezire had TW handles made out of wood instead of bamboo, which made them a little easier to hold, while the Ezire had a more durable bag. The Ezire and TW had the comparable strength of 304 stainless steel (not "food grade" SS 201) but the thickness of the forks is where the TW is better and why the TW forks didn't bend on arrival and shall not bend like the Ezire. In my opinion the TW replaces the better/thicker Ezire bag and tactile wooden handle when it comes to product usage and durability.
