These license keys cannot be used in the NetGear Insight website portal. If you have three devices (switches or WiFi modules) on Insight Portal and have three device credits from Revain; Then when you exit the store, you can ONLY add ONE device credit and still have to buy 2 more on the portal. This essentially renders the other two device credits you have in hand useless. In addition, NetGear has prohibited Revain from selling these license keys. Why is Revain selling these items in store? You can easily purchase device credit directly from the NetGear portal, and YOU MUST DO IT! Customer support was zero on a scale of 1 to 10 for this issue and other related NetGear Insight issues. After two weeks I returned all the refund codes as it turned out that you can only buy premium directly from the Netgear store!
