Great shorts for working out. I suggest one size larger than you would usually wear.
I am 5'11" 180lbs. Purchased size X-large for jogging. Nice shorts for the price. In my opinion, I don't know how men my height and weight are wearing medium shorts. I read many reviews before purchasing, I think X-large is just a bit tight. Just my opinion!
