Really wanted to love this bicicleta pasta cut; however, it was a big disappointment for me. It won't cut thin pasta dough even with maximum pressure. I had to go through lines made by Bicicleta with a very flimsy ravioli handwheel that was included for cutting the spinach pasta. Also, the hand ravioli wheel has a few chips on the smooth blade that might get caught on my pasta board when cutting. With these tools, I was able to cut the spinach pasta into 1 1/4" × 1 1/4" squares to make garganelli; However, I feel like my efforts to get the job done have been redoubled due to the inefficiency of the exercise bike. I ended up giving up on those things and ordered an Ateco 5 wheel adjustable divider which arrived today. The Ateco is much stronger, better built, stronger and much heavier - the wheels don't wobble! I recommend investing about $10 more and getting a tool that actually works and lasts longer.
