The support has been very good with any issues I've had they are quick to respond via email or phone call as well as quickly solving problems from my end when something goes wrong! Nothing so far but this is still in early stages of use/integration into our system which could be improved upon if needed at some point down road (but not expected).

We're using it primarily within Salesforce orgs where we want users who have accounts setup through us to easily find their profile pages without having them search all over google etc.. This makes sure that everyone can stay up-to date throughout the year while also reducing manual labor required by people updating profiles themselves manually each time an event changes during tax season /etc - saves valuable resources!! It's helping keep things centralized & easy to reference across teams since its built right inside SFDC.
