I'm in kindergarten and child safety is very important to me. Parents entrust me with the care of their children. Keeping them safe can be a very difficult and stressful job and I invest a lot in keeping children safe. I bought it to get through the door when entering the indoor playground. We used the C-shaped pinch guard, but it cannot prevent fingers from being pinched on the hinge side. I've tried putting them closer to the hinge at the top but that doesn't work, they just come loose or get easily crushed and broken. I was looking for strips of tape coming off the side of the hinges when I came across a hand made one. It is such a simple product, from installing to how it works. It protects both the latch side and the hinge side. So only one product takes care of both sides. It also appears to be very durable. This will help me a lot to protect kids hands even if the kid walk through the door unattended. It's also great since it's not a permanent fixture. This is really a good investment for my business. I think this should be in all kindergartens and kindergartens.
