I bought this for my daughter that us 20inches. The product was very well packages, it is super soft, however, it definitely DOES NOT look as expected. I assumed by the measurements given about the product, that it would fully cover her chest. Like the baby shown in the picture, but it does not. It barley even fits my baby girl and even though she looks big in the picture, she's really not. This goes up to her armpit basically, therefore, it does serve as a swaddler becausr she jusy feels uncomfortable and can easily pull her arms out. I left some pictures for reference. Sadly, I will be returning it since it will serve no good purpose for the winter.
