Plugged in, set up and had a solid 5GHz signal. No fuss, no fuss. I didn't need tech support so I only rated them a three. Hope it lasts! UPDATE - 5/8/19 - It just doesn't work anymore. I started hearing my laptop "ringing" that the USB device was plugged in, unplugged, plugged in, unplugged ad nauseam. I checked my Wi-Fi status and found that my Wi-Fi is not working. I plugged this Wi-Fi adapter into other USB ports and into another computer. No change - it's dead. This is my second 5GHz WiFi adapter. Both failed, I got rid of these companies and their adapters - they work for me for several months, then they just fail.
