Review on Enhanced Reception with RCA ANT1400M Multi-Directional Digital Flat Passive HDTV Antenna (White) by David Banks

This little antenna doesn't work wonders, but it will at least match, if not surpass, bunny ears for HDTV reception. I installed mine a few days ago - on my main LCD with a digital tuner (use over-the-air as a backup for cable - there are also 1 or 2 local broadcast channels that Comcast doesn't broadcast). I've taken the advice of several previous reviewers and tested several antenna locations/configurations to get the best reception. It is curious that the best place on the wall turned out to be on the floor, near the baseboard, behind the subwoofer, which is behind the TV stand! The good news is there's no more pixelation on digital channels that I used to have with bunny ears - no more standing up and tucking in the bunny ears to boost the signal. Once this antenna is tuned to a channel, it appears to be blocked. Also, this antenna is much easier to hide, or if it can't be hidden, it looks way better than the alternative. Would give it 5 stars if it miraculously pulled other stations on the first try. I'm ordering another one for another wireless TV in the house.
