It's easy enough that anyone can use it without having any prior experience in such things as inventory or systems administration (or even computers). The support is top notch - I have never had to wait too long between questions being answered by customer reps when contacting them via their website/phone line. Some minor UI issues here and there but they are pretty standard stuff if not addressed quickly. If you're looking into something more than simple inventory tracking this might be overkill however some other products we've used do similar functions well so give those options another look first before making an ultimate decision about which one best fits what exactly you need. This system has helped streamline several aspects of my job from initial purchase through ongoing usage.
