Although the product looks high quality, I couldn't get it to work with the Samsung Galaxy 8+, for example. He didn't even recognize the phone when I plugged it in. There were no instructions or tech support to call. However, when I packed everything up and hit return, he asked what they could do to fix the problem. How about being willing to speak to tech support? I went through this after being frustrated with this for a week, searching for info on google, watching youtube videos etc.
