Sticks like glue best in my review
I'm using this pad between a tile floor and flatweave wool rug under a dining table with 8 chairs and this rug does not move. Even when we placed a heavy 7.5ft pedestal table back onto the rug, inching the table back and forth until it was centered, the rug stayed put. This was more than I wanted to pay for a rug pad but it's worth it for the convenience of not having to adjust the rug with daily dining chair activity. The rug is almost exactly 8x10 and this pad fit perfectly under it without needing to be trimmed.
