Review on 🌱 MCM Nutrition Vegan Protein Powder (Strawberry Flavor) - Non-Dairy & Non-Gluten Plant Based Protein - Delicious Shake with Pea Protein (1.8 LB) by Scott Bailey

taste is ok; only 20 servings; only 13g protein per 41g powder

I have tried many different powders be it protein powders, meal replacements etc. Most don't taste very good. Also, many of them use stevia, which I personally don't like in terms of taste. It uses erythritol but also contains stevia extract. I found this work good for me. I know some people have issues with erythritol so I guess they want to stay away from it. It doesn't have a strong strawberry flavor so I wish there were more fruit qualities, but overall it tastes good if not tasty. In fact, I think it's lame enough that you can add it to a lot of things without making an odd, crude mix. It's quite a large tub and quite crowded, but it's only 20 servings. I believe that most people need something for a whole month. On the plus side, if you don't like it, you only have to eat 20 servings. As mentioned earlier, 4.5g of saturated fat doesn't easily fit into 1.5g of total fat. I'm wondering if the numbers are meant to be reversed or if some other weird mathematical voodoo is going on here. It's also fairly high in carbs, not a lot of fiber, albeit not much, and a small amount of protein considering it's only 13g from two scoops, and those scoops aren't small. From 41g only 13 proteins and only 2 fiber? It's really high in vitamins and minerals, but I'd like less sodium, although that's not a bad thing, and more potassium and calcium. All in all I think it depends on your needs. This protein powder is relatively low in protein but it might work as a change or just with a different taste and texture worth trying.
