Too small for my taste. 1/4 inch all around.
I bought this for my 9 year old granddaughter but I think it is too small for her liking. 7mm = 1/4"". I had no idea that 7mm is so small. If the heart was bigger I would give it 5 stars but I give it 5 stars for the packaging of the pendant. small foil sleeve and the chain is encased in an outer foil sleeve which prevents the pendant from being shaded or possibly even tangled by the chain itself.
