I like that they are very easy to use, have great customer service (in person or online), fast response time for emails/phone calls etc., all good things! Nothing really as such but it would be nice if their payment options were more flexible - e-transfer only? Paypal maybe?! It's not too bad though so no complaints there either :) Definitely recommend them!! They do everything you need in one place with quick responses when needed which makes life easier than having multiple accounts from different providers scattered around your computer files haha :).
