This was one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. The oven does exactly what it promises and more. I've tried baking cakes and cupcakes in it twice and they came out even juicier when they came out of the oven. I even cooked chicken broth in it and it turned out wonderful. It was best when I cooked ribs in it. They came out wet and fell apart and were just perfect. It takes a while to get used to the heat the oven puts out, but once you get the hang of it, it will be a blessing. I've used it a ton of times since I ordered it before Christmas, it's worked for me. I'm thinking of getting another one so I can have two of these for the holidays.
