This strap does not fit my Forerunner watch. It has an insert at the connection point that doesn't match my watch. I'm trying to find a group that doesn't have this insert but to no avail. My watch link does not have a slot in the center and holes for the wedge holder. I think this joint's style will last longer as the screws on my joint just pulled out of the tape because it's just thin silicone. I'm adding to my previous review because this is completely wrong. When I removed the old strap from the watch, the white plastic insert didn't come off and stuck to the watch fairly well. I had to tear the insert off the watch and now the strap fits.
