First time for me; and it was easy. Make sure you get 2 inches or maybe 3 inches, even though most of the leftovers are wrapped up and you'll need enough to cover them all at once. Tip: Clean the surface with diluted alcohol first, then dry with a hair dryer or heat gun, apply and then heat to ensure the film does not shrink or show chrome around the edges. Fantastic product - don't skimp on the real stuff, they work and make the job faster and easier! Now - I need to finish the bodice (the curved corner piece will require at least 3 inches and probably a seam/cut/if I can't heat it and stretch it around the bend) - time for some YouTube help and a dry run. A 20ft roll fits most medium sized vehicles.
