Kia K5 remote start button

I got a 5 button button for my 2021 kia k5. How can I use remote start? For some reason the 3rd part didn't hold the key together, I finally managed to lock it. There is no part from which the internal key could be taken out if necessary. I paid $20 for it. It's a bit of a stretch. Also, the remote start button is a little hard to press, which is a double-edged sword. If you have little kids or whatever you have they can't press it but if you try to hurry or press with one hand. Good luck Chuck.
