It's been about two years since I bought several baking sheets and nonstick baking sheets. This was the best money I have ever spent on baked goods. If you are an experienced or semi-experienced baker, buy a set of US bakeware and you can use them for life. My baking pan has never warped, remains easy to clean (sometimes I just have to wipe it down with a cloth towel. I always use a soft sponge to clean the pans when needed, and occasionally, on bread pans, the cleaning side of a Scotch - Brite -Sponge although soaking is usually enough I would highly recommend these USA Pan products and they are value for money Sam S.
