This N95 duckbill or pouch mask has a simple and shiny design that folds easily. It gently hugs the face and the fabric is soft to the touch. The wire of the nose bridge is actually two parallel wires and fits closely to the slope of the nose, preventing the glasses from fogging. The mask is held securely in place at the head and neck with two retractable elastic straps that are textured like crepe paper for a better grip. - no annoying ear loops. Thanks to the conical shape of the mask and semi-rigid seams, the fabric does not touch the nostrils and mouth even with heavy breathing. Breathing is very comfortable. Of the three people in my Euro-ethnic family, we all achieved a secure and comfortable fit despite large differences in head and jaw size and shape (headgear sizes XS to XL). An owner with either a very long face, a large lower jaw, or the need to regularly open their mouth wide (like singing) may need double-sided tape under their chin. An owner with a particularly small face can easily taper the side seams with staples (and maybe tape the staple holes over the top). (The narrower the width, the shorter the mask will be vertically when you wear it.) The mask slightly reduces the field of vision on either side of the nose when you look down. It's not enough to disrupt reading at the table, but it can block the view of the cracks in the pavement just below your feet.
