We were looking for the perfect bluetooth headset: - active noise canceling - full size boom mic with noise canceling on the mic pickup You're so close. All of the above are required for people in our open staterooms. Most over-ear headphones don't have a boom mic with any sort of cancellation, allowing you to pick up every conversation around you. or over-ear style for comfort. This is a good combination. Pros - Boom mic - ANC - Comfortable - Sounds great - Inexpensive Cons - Boom mic plugs into the 3.5mm jack and pulls out easily - ANC only cancels out background noise. We have users who want to turn off ALL outside noise so they can focus 100% on their call. We haven't found the perfect headset yet, but this one fits the bill and is an improvement over other Bluetooth headsets for team calls. In-ear headphones with active noise cancellation because they have a microphone for directional reception.
