Other people have complained that they slip off easily. Yes, they do. But that's not because of the way the nose pads are made, it's because of the design of the glasses frame, which if you ask me is a design flaw. They are soft and flexible so they can be easily removed. One guy suggested opening up the part of the frame where the pads are to make them more solid. I had just paid over a thousand dollars for my new Silhouette glasses and didn't want to risk it. So I bought a can of rubber glue (you know, stuff that curls up like a booger you used to play with as a kid), took a toothpick and stuck something into the pads. Mine seems to be holding up just fine. Even if you have to replace the pads, they are immediately undamaged.
