Unfortunately, we did not succeed. Three nights in a row I went to this vacuum cleaner sitting in the middle of the floor. According to the app we have an issue with one of the wheels and it's telling me to remove anything wrapped around the axle. I cleaned everything and nothing bothers the wheels, this vacuum cleaner has not even been used for a month on wooden floors and a carpet. I called support this morning and they put me on hold, then transferred and then hung up. I call back and speak to a lady who has a serious tone of voice, sorry lady I have a problem with the product and should have bothered you this morning. The end result is I can send it back to FedEx and wait for them to send a replacement. I paid too much for this vacuum cleaner that it broke down in the first month and had poor customer service. When he works, he does a good job. The fact that it only worked for such a short time makes me concerned about the durability of this vacuum cleaner. It's too expensive for a year or two. Update: We received a replacement robot and it's also having some issues. The cleaning cycle was randomly started in the middle of the day outside of the scheduled cycle. We have an alarm system with motion sensors, so this is a big problem for us. After the new robot worked for 3 days and failed to fix the problem, Shark asked me to send the new robot back for another replacement. We have decided to simply return the product.
