DataMark has been great to work with. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have been very responsive to questions and concerns. Datamark has been able to provide all of our needs from a data entry company to a mailroom management company. The overall process has been a great one. I have not experienced any downsides but I am sure there are some that I am not aware of. We have been able to provide a seamless process for our company to have our incoming mail routed to the correct department for processing. We have also been able to improve our data entry efficiency by providing the mailroom with a central location to enter data in. This has reduced the amount of errors and time spent entering data. The best thing is that you can do your work from anywhere with an internet connection. I dislike how it freezes up at times. It also has a slow response time at times, but this could be due to my internet speed. Try it out! You will not regret it. We have been able to reduce our workload by a lot. This software allows us to work remotely which makes our office run more efficiently.
