Review on Dell Alienware Aurora R10 Gaming Desktop: AMD Ryzen 9 3900, 32GB DDR4, 1TB SSD, RX 5700 XT 8GB - Lunar Light by Michael Olsen

Well it sucks, worked 4 days and is shutting down now. Excellent technical support to say the least. Already sent a technician to our condo in Vermont, yes, to our condo! He brought the motherboard, graphics cards and tried his support. Bad luck, wants to come now. His advice was to return it for a new one. He says he has never experienced this problem. They think the motherboard they sent was defective! So now they send someone else with a new board or something. We'll keep you up to date. Update 1/12/21 Well the handyman is back and still dead in the water! Again very impressed with the warranty and support! However, I would like the computer to work as it was the only Christmas present. Things happen. The last thing he said was that they might have to replace him. I look forward to finding out. I'm not sure I would buy it again, but sometimes things happen. So far everyone is excited. Ultimately, they stand behind their products. So I might buy again.
