The unit seems to be the perfect solution to my water problem with scale clogging my plumbing and water heater. However, when I received the unit I found an excellent burial guide that calls for a 140 mesh filter instead of the 100 mesh filter it came with. I can't find dealer contact information to exchange/order the correct fabric? I only had to give 3 stars because a filter fabric application manual was missing from the list and there was no contact with customer service and spare parts were neither on the box nor in it?
