I bought this device to transfer my SIM card from a broken AT&T Mobley that I used with a USB adapter in my RV. I was very pleased with how this switch worked. Velocity works seamlessly with Mobley's SIM card and seems to pick up signals better than Mobley's. It's also more portable than my previous configuration, which always required a USB cable or AC adapter cable. One feature I really like is that you can adjust the Velocity's transmission range from far to close, so it doesn't drain a lot of battery power when broadcasting to places you won't be using it. For example, when it's charged and set to far, the battery drains pretty quickly because it's broadcasting to the entire campsite, not just my RV. When set to near, the battery lasts much longer because the signal is only sent near velocity. Why would I drain my battery by streaming to the entire campsite when using Wi-Fi in my 100sqm van? Foot? Great feature. It also loads pretty quickly.
