this is a really bad product. Once you sync it with your smartphone, it takes over an hour for your activity to be reported. Finally, I learned how to track the distance traveled by launching the tracker with the correct button setting. I stopped halfway to play with my granddaughter for 15 minutes and checked my distance (it was recorded correctly). Then I went home. As soon as I got home I checked my distance again and it only recorded half the distance. Just an hour later he announced the return trip on my smartphone. I then tried to "delete" that activity so I could track my walk the next day and the tracker has no function to clear previous history. Not even a small instruction manual explained how to delete a history. I even emailed the seller and he didn't reply. I had previously contacted them to ask a quick question and found out at the time that they didn't have a video for customers to understand how to use the features and the only way to contact them was via email which ultimately time wasted was time . because they stopped responding. Now the green lights on the back of the tracker will flash on and off every 15 minutes until it's on my wrist and I can't turn it off. The user manual also doesn't explain how to stop it, which is why it keeps draining the battery. I am returning the item because I am very upset. I wasn't expecting this to be a fancy do-it-yourself tracker. I just wanted to track my steps, distance, and heart rate, but he couldn't even do that properly. I am very dissatisfied.
