These headphones are good for the price but they don't come with a remote and the built in mic has no controls. As such it is not as advertised and the cost should reflect this. Very disappointed. I ordered them twice thinking the first order was missing an item and was refunded as a result. I then re-ordered it hoping it would come with a remote as described, but it didn't. HOWEVER there is a very important reason I bought them and that is because they fit comfortably and work well with on-ear hearing aids which are very hard to find because you just have to try them on as companies usually don't know or care .about this information.
