I was about to throw away my printer because magenta was killing me until I found this product. The product includes everything you need to connect to the printer. It's quick and easy. I immediately connected this bad boy to my printer. I suggest you use a syringe to suck the remaining ink out of the line before injecting the solution. This way you are not only injecting a small amount of the solution. I also suggest letting the solution sit for about an hour to allow it to dissolve the blockage. Then pull it back into the syringe and then back into the printer a few times, being careful not to inject too much (or the tubing will pop out). After that I swapped out the ink cartridge and lo and behold, it printed like a Rembrandt. again!
