I also did not manage to install it. I am adamant that despite saying it is a 16" cap, the box undoubtedly contained a 14" cap. The difference between me and another user is that I am an electrician and I knew that if I forcibly connect the cable to my F150 it would break, making it unthinkable. As with many other reviews, it would be generous if I could give this item a zero!
