1.5 tons one not warm enough

I bought 1.5 tons (68-77 degrees) and it can't warm my baby in any way when we sleep at 71 at night with the air conditioner on Degree. I usually dress her in onesie pajamas and feel the coldness of her hands and feet when I change her in the middle of the night. I'm disappointed because now I have to spend money on a warmer sleeping bag for them.
